To support its growth, Iris Galerie is looking for a Training Officer to join its team in North America.

Your Mission:

Reporting to the Head of Training based in Paris, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for Iris Galerie in North America.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Applying initial training programs developed by headquarters at our training center.
• Conducting online and in-person training sessions for new products or process launches.
• Supporting the Retail team in opening new galleries.
• Conducting regular visits and follow-ups with already opened galleries.

Your Profile:

You have a strong interest in and/or experience with sales and a genuine passion for professional training. Practical experience in facilitating training sessions in the retail field is an advantage.

You are known for:

• Your interpersonal skills and enthusiasm;
• Your rigor and proactive approach;
• Your ability to work effectively in a team within a dynamic environment.

You are proficient in IT tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite) and have a keen interest in new technologies.

Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.

• Contract Type: Permanent
• Location: Toronto or Niagara Falls, with regular travel across North America (Mexico, USA, and Canada)

Recruitment Process:

1. Video interview with the Head of Training based in Paris;
2. In-person interview with the Retail team in Toronto;
3. Two hours of observation at one of our galleries.

Additional Information:

• Desired start date: As soon as possible.
• A one-month (minimum) onboarding training is planned to help you adapt to the role's specific requirements.
